ONLINE STORE TERMS OF SALE
The owner of the online store shop.jree.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is Viies maitse OÜ (registry code 14991425), located at J. Vilmsi tn 58-18, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju County, 10115, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information
These terms apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are shown next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of products sold in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is presented in the Online Store directly next to the item.
Placing an Order
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place the order, fill in the required fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total amount due will then be shown on the screen and can be paid securely using the following methods:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay
- Visa/Mastercard card payments

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment—when paying via a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or card details. The contract is deemed concluded when the amount due is received in the Online Store’s bank account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods having run out or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of the notice.

Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: All over the world except Belarus, Russia, Ukraine
For receiving the goods, the buyer has the following option: UPS Courier, Pick up in Estonia 54 Gurmee shop or sendpack courier.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer on 15.12.2025
In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may be used only to the extent necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as allowed for testing in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal form must be submitted (form available here: [link to withdrawal form]) and sent to sales@54gurmee.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal application, or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the cost that exceeds the cost of standard delivery.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if, due to an error, the price of the goods in the Online Store has been indicated significantly below the market price of the goods.
Right to Submit a Claim
The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of transfer of the item and that becomes apparent within two years from the transfer of the goods to the buyer. For one year from the transfer of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of transfer. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut this presumption.
In the event of a defect, the buyer must contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an e-mail to sales@54gurmee.ee or by calling +372 5373 6795.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods were handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund to the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to the transport company for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive direct marketing by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating consent to receive such notifications.
The buyer may at any time opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail by notifying us via e-mail or by following the instructions provided in an e-mail containing an offer.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent by e-mail to sales@54gurmee.ee or by calling +372 5373 6795.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the procedural conditions and submit an application here (link). The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
